If possible include a screen shot of any problem with as much detail as possible.
How to take a screen shot (iOS)
With the app showing the problem page press the start and off buttons at the same time, you will hear a shutter clicking sound. The image will be found in the Saved photos folder of the Photos app. Open the photo click on the more icon and press email photo. Send a second email with a description of the problem.
How to take a screen shot (OSX)
With the window showing press Command-Shift-4 all together, then press the space bar, the cursor will change to a camera symbol, now click the window. A file will be saved to the desktop.
